How my Sessions Work
My sessions are run online using Zoom or Google Meet.
Each session is slightly different, depending on the person, and where they are at on the day.
I am always open to responding to your specific needs, however generally the structure is:
1. Intuitive Read
We begin with a 20-30 conversation, opening an energetic bridge between you and me. This is where our teams in Spirit join us, I’ll start getting messages & downloads from my guide system and yours.
2. Energetic Work
You sit comfortably or lie back for 20-30 minutes while I scan your physical, emotional & energetic body, then run bodywork on you to soothe, clear, energize, balance & release anything that needs to shift.
3. Channeled Guidance
We come back together on the call. You receive insights, guidance & practical advice based on what came through during your energy session. I send you a transcript of the session for your records.
Pricing & Payment
My sessions are $99 USD and run for approximately 60 minutes.
Payment can be made any time before 24hrs after your session

Everything shared in our sessions is held in strict confidence and with deep respect. Your personal information and booking details are stored securely and never shared. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, knowing your privacy is protected at all times.
